Mid-week Mocktail

Happy Blogmas Day 9

Friday, I posted a cocktail recipe to kick start the weekend. Today I’m posting a mocktail recipe for a mid-week pick me up. We’re an inclusive place, so I wanted to provide a recipe for those who are underage or maybe those who don’t like alcohol. If you’re looking for something stronger, here’s to the weekend is for you.

I don’t know a lot of mocktail recipes, especially holiday-themed. So I turned to Pinterest in my time of need. After 15 minutes of scrolling, I realized these drinks had one thing in common. More than half utilize cranberries in some way, which seems fitting since our cocktail was also cranberry related. This is not my recipe. It’s just one that I found. Our cranberry mocktail is another advertisement, but this time it’s courtesy of LaCroix.

Things you will need:

-3 oz. LaCroix lime

-1 Lime

-1 oz. Cranberry juice

-1 oz. LaCroix orange

-3 tbsp. Agave nectar

-Frozen raspberries (optional)

How to assemble a large batch:

First, you’re going to pour 3 tbsp. of agave nectar into your pitcher. Next, you’re going to add ½ cup of lime juice, followed by 2 cups of cranberry juice. Then, you’ll pour 2 cans of LaCroix lime over the juice mixture. Finally, stir and top with frozen raspberries! Add a lime slice as a garnish when serving. Enjoy!

I will have the recipe pinned on my Pinterest if you’d like to go and check it out! I’ll leave it linked right here. Whether you’re sipping a mocktail or a cocktail tonight, I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
